Fifteen days of closure . This is the administrative police measure notified this evening to the owner of the “Circolo su Ponte” in Orgosolo and issued by the Police Chief of Nuoro Alfonso Polverino . The measure, according to article 100 of the consolidated text on public safety laws, comes after the shooting on October 19 during Cortes Apertas when, according to what emerged during the initial investigations, Pietro Rubanu, a 26-year-old from Orgosolo, was handling a gun from which a shot was fired that injured his 25-year-old friend Antonio Devaddis .

That day in the Barbagia municipality the Gustos e Nuscos festival of the “Autumn in Barbagia” circuit was underway. The young man was rescued and taken to the hospital in Nuoro, operated on and discharged after a few days of treatment . The assailant was identified and reported for attempted murder and possession of a common firearm in a public place.

Subsequent investigations into the patrons of the venue , combined with the criminal act that occurred during the Autumn in Barbagia stage, led to the adoption of the temporary closure measure.
