Olbia, record summer for arrivals: more than half of passengers disembarked in Sardinia welcomed

Record summer in Sardinia , with Olbia welcoming over 52 percent of total arrivals.
Of the four million eight hundred thousand landings, between ports and airports of the island, between June and September, Olbia hosted over two and a half million: 60 percent at the Costa Smeralda and the remaining percentage at the Isola Bianca.
Arrivals in Olbia have been continuously growing over the last six years : excluding the years of the pandemic, from almost two million and one hundred thousand passengers in 2019 we have gone to more than two million and four hundred in 2023, which in the summer now upon us has increased by almost 3 percent.
This is according to the Study and Communication Center of the UniOlbia University Consortium, which processed the regional data: overall, arrivals in Sardinia have grown by 4 percent compared to last summer.
