The Carlo Felice reopens with four lanes in Nuraminis, with the road passable from this morning also in the direction of Cagliari. But in part of the little more than three kilometers that have been upgraded, the speed limit will be 50 kilometers per hour, at least until January. Because for Anas, therefore according to the highway code, that area is still a construction site: the work is not finished, some finishing touches are needed and the transit of vehicles is expected. And in any case, a further significant intervention will begin shortly, which will involve a new diversion: between the end of the month and November, the overpass at kilometer 27,300 will have to be demolished and rebuilt, a fundamental connection with the internal road network for Serramanna and Nuraminis.

While waiting for the start of new inconveniences for those travelling on the main road in Sardinia, traffic on the recently reopened stretch has been regulated by an order from the road management company.

It states that "a speed limit of 50 km/h is imposed, with a ban on overtaking, from km 27+300 to km 28+800, in the direction of Sassari, until midnight on January 15". The same limit from km 22+300 to km 27+300, always in the north direction, "on the driving lane, overtaking lane". The same applies to those travelling in the opposite direction.

The ordinance also includes a series of changes, on ramps and beyond, which will be indicated on site with construction site signs.
