The Nuoro City Council chamber is preparing for a new political phase, after the official proclamation of Emiliano Fenu as mayor with 63.05% of the votes.

With the realignment counts and the checks on the minutes of section 34 concluded, the composition of the new city council is now defined, but the formal proclamation of the councilors is expected for tomorrow, Friday 13 June, at 10.

There is no lack of novel elements, with entries and recalculations that have led to small shifts in the assignments thanks to the recount and the definitive distribution of preferences among the lists. The coalition that supports Fenu, with 63.11% of the votes, wins 16 seats, to which is added the right to vote of the elected mayor. The opposition is entitled to 8 seats.

  • As for the Democratic Party , Elia Carai, the most voted overall with 610 preferences, Giovanni Mossa with 420, Natascia Demurtas with 359, Irene Melis with 341 and Matteo Cicalò with 314 enter the Council. The first of the non-elected is the reformist Leonardo Moro with 307 votes.
  • The 5 Star Movement gets four councilors: Paola Siotto, the most voted woman with 381 preferences, Stefano Ferreli with 341, Annalisa Canova with 237 and Alessandro Murgia with 173, the latter assigned following the final processing. Giovanni Raimondo Uda, with 138 votes, is the first of the non-elected. Also representing the group is Mayor Emiliano Fenu.
  • From the United Emiliano Fenu Mayor list, Francesco Guccini enters with 310 preferences and Mario Manca with 247. The first of the non-elected is Eleonora Angheleddu with 243 votes.
  • Two seats also go to the Progressives , who will be represented by Giuseppe Soddu, elected with 347 preferences, and Gabriella Boeddu with 196. The first of the non-elected is Leandro Murru with 194 votes.
  • Giulia Corda enters for Alleanza Verdi Sinistra with 301 preferences. However, having already been appointed ISRE councilor, in case of resignation Piergiuseppe Cattide will take over, first of the non-elected with 134 votes.
  • For Sinistra Futura , Angelo Coda will sit in the chamber, elected with 188 preferences, while Giovanni Cossu, with 162 votes, is the first of the non-elected.
  • The Italian Socialist Party will be represented by Marco Zedda with 225 preferences. Mariangela Crabolu, with 162 votes, is the first of the non-elected.
  • In opposition, Mario Carcassi enters for the Progetto per Nuoro list with 192 votes and Lisetta Bidoni, candidate for mayor with 1,618 preferences (9.04%). The first of the non-elected is Rosa Luche with 117 votes.
  • Siamo Nuoro will be represented by Pierluigi Saiu with 414 preferences and Bastianella Buffoni with 215. Emilio Zola, with 197 votes, is the first of the non-elected.
  • For the Cucca Sindaco – Un'Altra Sardegna list, Giuseppe Luigi Cucca, candidate for mayor with 4,601 preferences (25.70%), and Antonello Cucca with 148, entered the chamber. The first of the non-elected was Maura Chessa with 119 votes.
  • Forza Nuoro al Centro will have only one representative, Francesca De Ambrosis, elected with 235 preferences. Angelo Arcadu, with 228 votes, is the first of the non-elected.
  • Finally, for Cambiamo Nuoro Ora Ivan Massimo Pinna enters with 206 preferences. Valentina Cossu, with 128 votes, is the first of the non-elected.
