The manager allegedly continued the illicit administration despite previous checksPer restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
Ignoring previous checks and the fines already imposed, he continued to serve alcohol, even to minors. This is the most serious element to emerge from the incident that—a week ago—led to a month-long suspension, ordered by the Municipality, for a recreational club in the Seuna neighborhood. He also imposed a fine of over €1,300.
The checks, between the end of February and the first days of April, had already revealed the violation related to the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors, on February 28th. Despite this, the club continued with the same conduct.
On April 4th, a new operation by officers from the administrative team of the Nuoro Police Headquarters documented new incidents of illicit alcohol distribution, this time involving two minors under the age of sixteen. This series of serious incidents clearly demonstrated that fines have not been enough to stop this illegal activity, which puts very young people at risk of addiction.
The repeated offense, which occurred within a short period of time, worsened the club's situation, leading to the most severe measure: the suspension of food and beverage service for 30 days . This closure, exceeding the minimum allowed, was motivated precisely by the repeated violations and the number of minors involved. This measure was deemed "necessary to ensure the protection of public health, and especially that of minors, given the essentially persistent and negligent conduct in checking the age of patrons."
