Nuoro, a bus without insurance stopped: it was full of students on a trip

The officers of the Nuoro Traffic Police section stopped a bus with numerous students on board coming from a high school in Sassari and heading to Nuoro for a school trip.

During checks of the vehicle the policemen ascertained the lack of liability insurance coverage and other anomalies in the passenger restraint systems.

For the safety of the students, the vehicle was escorted to its destination where the driver was fined and the bus placed under administrative detention. The students returned to Sassari with another bus.
