The Forestry School in Nuoro and improved access to the Einstein Telescope . The Regional Council, on the proposal of President Alessandra Todde, has decided to use 43 million for new interventions with priority funding needs in the Development and Cohesion Plan (Psc) of Sardinia 200-2020. To improve accessibility, safety and operational efficiency of the Sos Enattos site in Lula – a candidate to host the Einstein Telescope – 20 million euros have been allocated which will be used for a connecting road to Provincial Road 73 for access to the Et SUnLab Research Centre and for the renovation of the Minghetti dam, currently in disuse, to make it functional for the water needs of the structure and the territory, in particular for agro-pastoral purposes.

In agreement with the Councilor for Public Works, the Council also approved the implementation of an initial intervention for the construction of the Forestry Corps school and the forestry barracks : a training center also open to other regional directorates general, creating a center of excellence for public administrations (Civil Protection, Forestas Agency, Fire Brigade and local police). For the construction of the Forestry School, 23 million from FSC savings and 2 million from resources ex 2025 stability law have been allocated, equal to a total of 25 million.

The funds are part of the 92 million of 'reprogrammable savings' within the financial allocation re-determined by Cipess resolution 4 of 30 January 2025, equal to over 4.2 billion.
