Nulvi, restoration work on the Candelieri mural begins

The renovation and restoration work on the mural dedicated to the Candelieri which overlooks Corso Vittorio Emanuele has begun in Nulvi .

The artist Vincenzo Ganadu, the same one who created the work, was called in for the intervention. The mural was commissioned in 2009 by the SOS Messaios committee (fedales leva 1967) which had chosen to use a considerable part of the alms to give it to the Nulvese community.

For the deputy mayor Elvira Decortes: «The bureaucratic phase to start the works was long, but what counts is the result: the restoration will restore color and shine to this enchanting work of art».
