No trace of Francesca Deidda, research continues with molecular dogs
The area close to the old Sardinian Eastern road where the woman's personal objects were found was searched without success

An intense day in the mountains between San Vito and Sinnai in search of the body of Francesca Deidda, the woman who disappeared from San Sperate on May 10th and, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office, was killed by her husband Igor Sollai. For the man, in cell on charges of aggravated murder and concealment of a corpse, a new interrogation is scheduled for today in Uta.
The German dog, which arrived from the peninsula, combed the area where several artefacts were recovered a week ago which, according to the RIS, can be traced back to the woman. It appears that nothing of importance was recovered.
However, no trace of the woman's body was found. The searches will continue tomorrow morning, in an area probably still close to the old Orientale between rocks and Mediterranean scrub.
