The hearing has been set for Tuesday 23 July before the Court of Review of Cagliari to discuss the appeal presented by the lawyers Carlo Demurtas and Laura Pirarba, against the detention order which landed Igor Sollai in prison for voluntary homicide and concealment of a corpse , 43 years old, who according to the Prosecutor's Office killed and hid the body of his wife, Francesca Deidda, 42 years old, who disappeared from San Sperate at the beginning of May.
The defenders ask for a modification of the restrictive measure against their client, who will be questioned again on Thursday. In light of the appeal and the interrogation, tomorrow (Tuesday), having studied all the documents, the lawyers will meet again with their client in Uta.
No trace of Francesca Deidda instead . The searches resumed this morning at dawn, in the countryside along the route of the Vecchia Orientale: the Carabinieri and Hunters of Sardinia searched the area already inspected where the woman's personal effects were found as well as other areas.
The molecular dogs will arrive tomorrow from Bologna to be used in the woman's research .
