The footballer was 51 years old and had been battling the disease for some time . During his career he wore - among others - the shirts of Ghilarza, Junior Oliena, Desulo, Taloro Gavoi and the green-blue one of Nuorese Calcio .
The club, on its Facebook page, shared a thought dedicated to the ex: « Mondo Verdeazzurro embraces the memory of a friend who passed away too soon and with whom joys, emotions, victories and defeats were shared.
