He is not surprised by the rejection of the Sardinian moratorium by the Constitutional Court. "It is a widely expected innovation," says the mayor of Orgosolo Pasquale Mereu, father of the Pratobello law. "Now who knows what will happen."

Do you have any ideas?

"I am thinking of the law on suitable areas. This law is also not supported by a strong basis like that of Article 3 of the Statute. In fact, it is limping."

And Pratobello?

"Pratobello remains standing. The Council should bring it to the Chamber: let's see if it overcomes the obstacle. Maybe some changes will be needed, also based on what the Consulta requests, such as additions and improvements, in light of the sentences. Nothing prevents it from becoming a shield against possible speculation after these rejections".
