A catwalk under shooting stars, on the night of San Lorenzo, for the penultimate act of Miss Universe Sardinia. Tomorrow, August 10th, starting at 8:30 pm, the Torre delle Stelle Aquarium, on the Maracalagonis coast, will host the semifinals of the pageant that will elect the new Miss Universe Sardinia. The event will be a blend of beauty, fashion, and entertainment. The contestants will compete for a spot in the final, scheduled for August 20th on the Costa Verde, when the new Sardinian queen will be crowned. Admission to the evening is free, but reservations are required. Hosting the event will once again be Anthony Peth, a well-known figure on national television. The evening's hostess will be Anna Chessa, Miss Sardinia 2026.

Choreographer Francesco Sassu will also be on stage, while Katia Malika, world champion of Oriental dance, is announced as one of the stars of the show. Fashion will also be on display, with creations by Dama Atelier, designed by stylists Daniela Zucchi and Francesca Sedda, as well as works by Elisa Contini and Michela Torchetti. Also participating in the semifinals will be Ilaria Adelina Mura, the first regional finalist of Miss Universe Sardinia, and Gaia Lunesu, the first Teen finalist, the latter out of competition. Following the success of the first edition, the event is organized by Alessia Ghisoni, an entrepreneur and owner of several brands in the fashion and events sectors. This journey has led her to be hailed by the national press as the "queen of major events" associated with the Miss World and Miss Universe pageants in Sardinia.

The choice of the night of San Lorenzo is no coincidence. "I like to think that, as the stars fall from the sky, our girls on the catwalk begin their own personal journey of light," Ghisoni explains. The goal, he adds, is to combine "competition and spectacle with the magic of the summer sky," transforming the semifinal into an event capable of drawing both spectators and attention. Hosting the event will be David De Clercq, owner of the Torre delle Stelle Aquarium, which previously hosted a Miss World pageant last January. "Hosting such an important pageant again, this time in our garden and in the height of summer, means for us making the best of the Aquarium available: a space that tells the story of Sardinia and hospitality that exceeds expectations," De Clercq says. The goal, he adds, is to ensure that "every guest, from the candidates to the audience, takes home the memory of a beautiful evening." For the contestants, it will therefore be a decisive night. Between fashion, dance, entertainment, and the catwalk, the aspiring Miss World will have one of their last chances to earn a spot in the final on August 20th. And on the night of San Lorenzo, under the starry sky of Torre delle Stelle, the dream of the crown will also take place on one of the most evocative runways of the Sardinian summer.
