A clarification from the regional management of the INPS Sardegna, which with regard to the "reinstatement of the pension as a precaution" in Graziano Mesina explains how at the moment the practice is still in progress.
The two lawyers of the former fugitive, Beatrice Goddi and Maria Luisa Vernier, confirmed yesterday that the social allowance would be paid again starting from February 1st .
"We note from the INPS note - the lawyer Goddi comments today - that things are not yet at this point. We had heard from the consultants who dealt with the practice that the pension had been restored, evidently the process is still in progress ".
The two lawyers are determined to continue the legal battle: in addition to the check, they also ask for arrears not received by Mesina in a year and 7 months of inaction.
