Heavy hand of the sports judge for the protagonists of the suspension, last Sunday in Sassari, of the match of the Giovanissimi under 15 Lanteri-Ozierese 1926.
Disqualified until 30 April 2024 for the coach of the away team, Riccardo Bruno, who, according to the referee report, after being sent off allegedly hit the opposing coach, Alessio Carta, with a violent slap on the face making him fall to the ground.
On the other hand, Lanteri manager Antonello Masala was inhibited for two months as he allegedly grabbed Bruno by the collar of his suit and pushed him forcefully towards the changing rooms. From that moment on, the Ozierese coach would have been attacked several times after having uttered, as reported in the press release, an offensive sentence towards those present.
For both teams, the judge decided the defeat for 0-3 by imposing a fine of 200 euros on the home club "for the conduct of their unidentified members and for the undue presence on the pitch of people not registered in the list ”.
The same judge sent the documents of the tender to the federal prosecutor's office so that it "evaluates any disciplinary profiles, resulting from conduct not detected by the referee, against members of the companies involved". These are the consequences of a match that has aroused a great echo in the media by bouncing the official statements of the two clubs and those of the coaches. In particular, Bruno had complained of the attack while he had spoken not of a slap against Carta but of a simple "slap in the face".
