Machines on fire in Quartu and Sestu: investigations in progress

Flames in the night in Quartu and Sestu.

In Quartu the fire damaged a Renault parked in via Perra. In Sestu, however, another car caught fire in the Monte Corrax'e area.

The alarm was raised by motorists in transit, with the immediate arrival in both cases of the Cagliari firefighters who put out the flames, then making the site safe.

We are now investigating to verify the dynamics of the incident and any responsibilities. During the inspection by the firefighters, no traces of flammable liquid were found.
