Lost between Cala Goloritzè and Cala Mariolu: saved by firefighters after a night of searching

She had gone on an excursion along the coast of Baunei but lost her bearings and spent a night out in the open .

Shortly after midnight, the Tortoli fire brigade team intervened in the stretch between Cala Goloritzè and Cala Mariolu.

A woman, originally from Brescia but living in Arzachena where she settled for work, found herself disoriented and raised the alarm through the single emergency number.

Activated by the provincial operations room, the firefighters team immediately began the search. The hiker was found at 9 today in good health and was taken back to the point from where she started.
