A place on the coast of La Maddalena sanctioned by the Coast Guard for illegal occupation of a large portion of public property on the coast.
During a targeted check, the men of the Port Authority ascertained that the owner had placed cushions and other accessories "useful for expanding his business of supplying food and drinks to customers".
The furnishings were thus seized, while a fine of € 1,032 was applied to the room in question.
