Ittiri, the river swells and five people are left isolated: rescued during the night

Five people were left isolated during the night following the flooding of the river in the Camedda area of Ittiri .

The diving team from the Sassari Fire Brigade, along with water and river rescuers, had to intervene to rescue five people who were stranded due to the swollen river, preventing them from safely returning to their homes.

The operation, conducted using river rescue techniques, allowed all the people involved to be rescued in a short time, without further critical issues.
