Irregular slot machines: private club sanctioned for 33 thousand euros in Cagliari

Fines for a total amount of 33 thousand euros for a private club in the Sant'Avendrace area of Cagliari.
During an administrative control to combat gambling and the verification of compliance with the anti Covid-19 rules in force, three totally irregular electronic amusement devices were found and seized, as they were not compliant and not provided with clearance to exercise issued by the State Monopoly Agency.
In addition to the penalties against the owner, a 61-year-old from Cagliari, also seized the money contained within the devices, which will be confiscated by the State Monopolies.
The club in question has suffered, in recent years, at least 5 penalties for administrative irregularities and for this reason it has been reported to the competent authorities.
