The occupation of intensive care by patients with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours in Sardinia rises to 9% (+ 1%). Exactly one year ago, according to Agenas, the figure for the island was instead firm at 13%. Employment in medical departments declined, which today marks 19%, down by one percentage point compared to yesterday. A year ago on the island the figure was less, at 11%, evidence of the violence with which the fourth wave of the virus marked by the Omicron variant hit Sardinia.

At the national level, the situation is stable both in the intensive (5%) and in the ordinary wards (13%).

In detail, compared to 12 March 2022, the occupation of beds in intensive care by patients with Covid-19 drops in Emilia Romagna (to 6%) while it is growing in Campania (5%), Pa Bolzano (2%) and, in fact, in Sardinia (9%).

The occupancy of beds in medical departments by patients with Covid-19 falls, however, in 4 regions or autonomous provinces: Marche (11%), Public Administration of Bolzano (10%), Tuscany (12%) and , in fact, Sardinia (19%). It is growing again in Abruzzo (20%), Molise (13%) and Pa Trento (7%).
