He attacked his wife , leaving visible marks on her arms and legs. It happened last night in Iglesias , following the alarm raised by a neighbor who called the police to report a violent domestic dispute.

The military intervened immediately, and the woman then decided to file a complaint, also reporting other incidents of violence, insults, and death threats she had suffered over time.

The man, a 60-year-old local worker, already known to the police, was arrested for the crime of domestic abuse and taken to prison in Uta, where he will be held at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
