Just two days ago he was arrested by the Selargius carabinieri for a theft of 450 euros in clothing at the Le Vele shopping center.
The eighteen-year-old Algerian, who arrived a few days ago on a small boat on the coast of Sulcis, had gone under house arrest at Cas "I Lecci" in Villanovaforru , a facility where he is housed as an asylum seeker. This morning at the crack of dawn he fled on foot.
Following the alarm and searches by some patrols of the Arma, he was tracked down and captured after a brief chase in the town of Villanovaforru.
He was then taken to the Court of Cagliari for judgment with a very direct rite.
