A 46-year-old man from Olbia is accused of sexual violence and other crimes, along with three people, for events that occurred in Olbia and other locations in Gallura from 2017 to 2019. The moral and physical ordeal of the woman and her daughter is described in the four pages of the indictment signed by the Tempio prosecutors, the magistrates have requested that the minor's father and his alleged accomplices be sent to trial.

The man allegedly starved his partner and daughter, using all the money (family allowances and disability of the minor) to buy cocaine.
