On 12 September, when he arrived in Cagliari to watch the Unipol Domus match against Genoa, he lit a smoke bomb on a Ctm bus.
Now the Digos, after having identified and traced him, has reported him to the judicial authorities.
It is a 53-year-old Ligurian, who will have to answer for "Throwing of dangerous material, climbing over and invasion of the field during sporting events".
The bus where the gesture took place was taking him and the other Genoan fans to the Cagliari stadium.
"For reasons of public order and safety - explains a note from the Police Headquarters - the parade of vehicles was not blocked but once inside the stadium, precisely in the area dedicated to the host supporters, the Digos staff proceeded to identify all the fans inside the public transport ”.
Then the investigations began which led to the identification and denunciation of the person responsible.
