Three years away from Sassari. This is the decision of the police commissioner against the 59-year-old who, last Tuesday, attacked the emergency room staff of the Santissima Annunziata, threatening them with a switchblade. A weapon that he refused to give up even when the State Police arrived, forced to use the taser to immobilize him.

For the man, a resident of Alghero, the judge had ordered him to remain in the Catalan city and to stay at night. Now, given the dangerousness of the 59-year-old, the Police Commissioner has ordered him to be banned from returning to the capital of Alghero, and its hamlets, for three years, and an aggravated oral warning that also imposes a ban on him from possessing potentially dangerous material, such as radar and night vision goggles, clothing and accessories for individual ballistic protection, weapons with modest offensive capacity, reproductions of weapons of any type, including toys reproducing weapons, other weapons or tools, on free sale, capable of nebulizing irritating liquids or mixtures not suitable for causing offence to people, other pyrotechnic products in general.
