He violates the ban on approaching his ex and ends up under house arrest.
It happened in Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola, where the Carabinieri arrested a man red-handed after seeing him on Via Brigata Sassari, near the workplace where his ex-partner was working at the time, in violation of the order issued by the Tempio Preliminary Investigating Judge.
Physical and verbal assaults, threats, and insults that continued for almost a year—from June 2025 to last May—had led the investigating judge of the Tempio Pausania Court to issue the precautionary measure.
At the validation hearing, an increase in the precautionary measure was ordered: the man was placed under house arrest with a bracelet.
