The victim, a 15-year-old girl, was dragged into a garage and the man tried to undress her. The student allegedly hit Loddo with kicks and scratches. The attacker repeatedly slammed her head on the floor.

The episode, which occurred in a small town in Alta Gallura, ended with the girl's desperate escape. It was Loddo's defenders, Gianluca Grosso and Esmeralda Puxeddu, who requested the psychiatric evaluation.
