From Sinnai to Bonaria, 1,500 for the long pilgrimage in the night

The traditional pilgrimage between Sinnai and the church of Bonaria was repeated during the night . The blessing of the archbishop Monsignor Giuseppe Baturi , upon arrival as well as in the mass before departure in the church of Santa Barbara, was dedicated to the Pope and to the future choice of the Church .

About 1,500 people took part in the pilgrimage that started from Sinnai around 1 am. The pilgrims arrived at 8 am after a stop in Selargius around 4:30 am.

The mayors and administrators of the towns crossed, from Sinnai to Selargius, Settimo San Pietro, Monserrato, Quartucciu and Cagliari, participated in the walk towards Bonaria .
