Fire threatens homes and businesses in the Sestu countryside
Three helicopters are also in action in Mores, with the SuperPuma activated.

A large fire broke out in the early afternoon in the countryside of Sestu, in the locality of Cuccuru de sa Mandra, also threatening businesses and some country homes.
Two firefighter teams, a regional helicopter, forestry corps teams, and civil protection volunteers are working on the blaze.
The fire also entered the courtyards of some rural homes.
Today, as every day, the regional firefighting team was busy on multiple fronts: helicopters also took off to intervene in Pabillonis and Ploaghe.
As many as three, including a SuperPuma, supported the teams on the ground in the Mores area, in the Tuculla area.
