Flames also in the Burgos countrysideThe fire emergency in Sardinia does not stop. A large fire has broken out in the Orroli countryside, where four outbreaks have been recorded in distant points.
The Forestry Corps of the Sardinia Region is intervening with the support of three helicopters from the operational bases of Villasalto, Sorgono, San Cosimo and the SuperPuma that took off from the Fenosu base and also two Canadair planes from Olbia. On site, the director of the firefighting operations belonging to the Forestry Corps patrol of Escalaplano is coordinating the extinguishing operations.
Flames also broke out in the countryside of Burgos, in the localities of Nuraghe Pala and Rughes, where a helicopter from the regional fleet is in action, coming from the operational base of Anela.
