Fire in Calasetta, the fire started by a flare

Fire underway in Calasetta , in the area of Via Sotto Torre, where the flames have affected some brushwood and reached the vicinity of several houses.

According to initial information, the fire may have been started by a flare thrown into the area , which landed on dry vegetation.

No evacuations have been ordered at this time. Forestry Corps volunteers and a team from the Carbonia Fire Department are working on the scene.
