Expelled from Italy he tries again and lands in Sardinia: in handcuffs
An Algerian repatriated in 2019 and banned from returning for three years tried again to enter our country illegally

He had landed clandestinely in Italy in 2019, but had been intercepted, identified and then sent back to his homeland, Algeria, with the ban on returning to our country for at least three years.
But now he has tried again, once again getting on a small boat with other compatriots, headed for Sardinia.
Upon arrival, however, he was taken over by the police, who transferred him to the first reception center in Monastir, for the quarantine imposed by anti-Covid regulations. Here the investigations were triggered and the agents soon discovered both that it was not the first time he had illegally arrived in Italy and that in Italy, by decree, he could not stay.
Then the inevitable arrest was triggered, pending the new expulsion from the national territory.
