«I am responding to the appeal of the Eurallumina workers in Portovesme and will be with them in the factory on the afternoon of November 28th» .

This was stated in a statement by the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, Marina Calderone , in response to the demands of the plant workers , who have been protesting at a height of 40 meters for 10 days and who have requested a meeting with the representative of the Meloni government, who will be in Cagliari on Friday for the centenary of the Sardinian industrial association Confindustria.

"I would like to meet them," Calderone explained, " to have a direct discussion with the workers , in view of the upcoming crucial deadlines. My presence, as Minister of Labor and Sardinian Minister, is a sign of the entire Government's attention."
