Two people are under investigation for manslaughter in the death of Ettore Garau , the electrician who died in the Gruppo Alimentare Sardo plant on December 31 in Sassari.
They are Lorenzo Sale, owner of the company Teknika srls and employer of the victim, and Pietro Vincenzo Murgia, contractor and owner of the Dac Alimentare sardo spa group .
Deputy Prosecutor Giovanni Porcheddu, in charge of the case, has placed the two men under investigation.
