Drugs in the Nuoro area, widespread checks: 147 users, 18 complaints and three arrests

The summer campaign of checks by the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Nuoro in the nightlife areas on the coast, from Orosei to Ogliastra, has ended.
As regards drug dealing and consumption, especially among young people, in the past quarter 147 drug users were reported to the Prefecture, while 18 people were reported and 3 arrested.
160 grams of cocaine, 260 grams of marijuana, 120 grams of hashish and 15 packs of anabolic substances were seized.
On the road safety front, 54 thousand people and 38 thousand vehicles were checked. 150 driving licenses withdrawn.
