Driving without a license or insurance: reported to Sanluri
The man is not new to such incidents

Once again, as has happened in the past, he was caught driving a car without insurance and without a license, as he never obtained it.
The Sanluri carabinieri denounced the 69-year-old after having stopped him during a normal service at a checkpoint in via Fausto Coppi.
The car was placed under administrative confiscation.
