"Hello, L'Unione Sarda.it .? I would like to point out inconveniences and endless expectations for a group of Sardinians - about 50 travelers, including elderly people and families with children - at Nice airport".

The odyssey is told by Walter , one of the unfortunate travelers: “We had to take off for Cagliari last night (Monday, ed) with the Volotea flight V72754 at 21.20, but the plane was first postponed and then, at 11pm, definitively canceled . All without our being able to have explanations ".

Everything postponed to the next day, therefore. “We have been found accommodation for the night. Too bad, however, that the bus they provided us only took us from one terminal to another, then we walked 50 minutes to reach the hotel, only to discover that it was the wrong one . Fortunately, the hotel staff, very kind and pitying, accompanied us four by four by car to the right hotel , where we arrived at 3 am ”.

This morning, new call at the airport at 8.45 am for the longed-for departure for Cagliari. But then came, again, the cold shower: delayed flight. Retardé. Again postponed. At 12.45 and then at 15.30.

"And so we are here, still waiting, waiting, without knowing when and if we will finally be able to return".
