Dolianova: first the argument at the bar, then the shootings. 37-year-old under investigation

After a quarrel he had shot the car of his "rival". The episode took place in Dolianova on the evening of last November 14th.

Inside the "Marcia" bar, two 37-year-olds had had an argument for trivial reasons. One had then walked away and, under circumstances to be clarified, had obtained a Beretta 12-gauge shotgun with abraded serial number. On reaching the other contender's house, he had fired two shots at his car, parked nearby.

The carabinieri, having received the victim's story, had carried out a house search and found in the possession of the author of the damage a 56 cm long wooden stick and an ox nerve illegally detained and hidden in the car . The man, assisted by his lawyer, later had the clandestine rifle recovered, which he had hidden in the "Sa Fraighedda" area of Decimoputzu in an abandoned farmhouse.

For him a complaint on the loose for aggravated damage, illegal carrying of a firearm and dangerous ignition or explosion.
