Dina Dore Murder, Rocca Declared “Unworthy to Succeed” His Wife’s Inheritance

With a declaration of "unworthiness to succeed" to the inheritance of the assets of his wife who died on 26 March 2008 , whose universal heir is the couple's youngest daughter, the judge of the Court of Nuoro, Cosimo Gabbani, issued the sentence on 20 August last declaring Francesco Rocca unworthy of succeeding to the inheritance of his wife Dina Dore , having been convicted as the instigator of his wife's murder .

The daughter, represented by the guardian Maria di Pellegrini, was assisted by the lawyers Annamaria Busia and Francesca Calabrò, while Rocca was assisted by Angelo Manconi. Rocca, the dentist from Gavoi, was definitively convicted in September 2018 as the instigator of the murder of his wife Dina Dore , which took place in the garage of the couple's home in Gavoi.
