"A fora li pindacci" (out of this house whoever brings bad luck), this is written on the plaque that the mayor of Porto Torres, Massimo Mulas, wanted to donate to the young autistics, Daniele Buongiorno and Daniele Frassu, who have opened their Casa D&D, purchased by their parents to start their children on the path to independence .
Many wanted to wish the new road to independence of young people affected by autism spectrum disorder, who organize their days full of commitments from Monday to Friday. They talked about their typical day, the sports activities, training, attendance of accompaniment courses, preparation of lunch and musical activities .
Accompanying them on this welcoming day were their faithful educators Paolo Gaspa and Angela Pudda, and then many autistic kids who welcomed Daniele and Daniele with a hug. An adventure to replicate for other kids who live in the city is that they have taken their first steps towards autonomy.
