He used the credit card of a pensioner for expenses and withdrawals, even of particularly high amounts, after having stolen it: the protagonist is a twenty-eight year old from Villanovafranca, who was denounced by the carabinieri for aggravated theft and improper use of credit or payment cards.

The investigations of the military started right after the report of the elderly, a 79-year-old local, who going to look for his postal card to make a withdrawal was unable to find it in the place where he normally kept it. Among other things, for some time the accounts did not add up and the man had the impression that on his postal account there was less and less money, without having allowed himself particular expenses other than those little more than essential for subsistence.

Going to reconstruct the last withdrawal of 600 euros that emerged from the account statement and viewing the images of the camera directed towards the postamat, the military recognized the 28-year-old son of the elderly caregiver.

The carabinieri exclude that the mother may have been involved in the theft of the card and it is quite likely that in some circumstances the son accompanied her to the workplace by stealing, unseen, the payment card kept in the pensioner's home.
