Covid, pressure on intensive care on the island drops: employment is at 9%

The pressure of Covid patients on intensive care on the island is decreasing.
Based on Agenas monitoring, the National Agency for Regional Health Services, the occupancy of places in hospital wards of critical areas by patients with Covid-19 drops in Sardinia by two percentage points, to 9%.
On the other hand, the occupancy of beds in the medical departments remained stable at 21%. A year ago the data spoke of 11% employment in intensive care and 12% in ordinary wards, evidence of the high contagiousness of the new infections from Omicron and Omicron 2.
In Italy there is a stable situation in the intensive, with an average figure at country level of 5%. In the medical area, on the other hand, data still growing at 14% (+ 1%).
