344 new infections have been detected in Sardinia in the last 24 hours according to the update of the Crisis Unit. With 4,335 people tested and 11,817 molecular and antigenic swabs processed, the positivity rate stands at 2.9%.

Two other Sardinians lost their lives due to the virus, they are a 58-year-old resident in the province of Nuoro and an 86-year-old from the Metropolitan City of Cagliari.

The number of patients admitted to intensive care is stable, 11 as yesterday. On the other hand, the number of people hospitalized in the medical area is increasing: there are 127, six more than yesterday's figure.

On the other hand, 4,296 Sardinians are in home isolation, 84 more than the figure 24 hours ago.
