Covid, in Sardinia another 1,290 infections and three deaths. The number of patients in intensive care has risen to 16

There are almost 1,300 new coronavirus infections in Sardinia , for a positivity rate of 22.1% .

Unfortunately, three other victims have been registered in the last 24 hours.

Here is the bulletin on the epidemic in the island released by the Region on Thursday 28 July 2022: “In Sardinia today there are 1290 further confirmed cases of COVID positivity (of which 1201 diagnosed as antigenic). A total of 5,828 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic.

The patients admitted to the intensive care units are 16 (+ 2).

The patients admitted to the medical area are 174 (- 11).

36375 are the cases of home isolation (- 903).

There are 3 deaths: two women aged 80 and 88, residing in the province of Sassari; a 75-year-old man residing in the province of Nuoro ".
