The Region has released the first bulletin of 2023 on the coronavirus epidemic on the island.
«In Sardinia – reads the update – there are today 168 further confirmed cases of COVID positivity (all diagnosed with an antigenic swab). A total of 1497 swabs were processed, between molecular and antigenic.
There are 6 patients hospitalized in intensive care (+1).
There are 126 patients hospitalized in the medical area (like yesterday).
6092 are the cases of home isolation (+163).
One death is recorded in the Cagliari ASL area ».
