After two weeks in which the number of cases currently positive for Covid-19 per 100 thousand inhabitants have halved, the improvement of the epidemiological curve in Sardinia continues, which remains permanently in the white zone, awaiting the report from the control room.
The Gimbe Foundation notes this in its usual Thursday monitoring.
In the week from 22 to 28 September there are 146 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants, with a -34.7% compared to the previous week, when 206 people were currently positive.
Below the saturation threshold the beds in the medical area (9%) and in intensive care (7%) occupied by Covid-19 patients, while in the daily update of the Agenas, referring to the data of the previous day, there is a further decrease 1% which brings the two percentages respectively to 8 and 6%.
However, the level of attention remains high: in the last two days the new positives on the island have grown significantly. 66 were the new infections recorded yesterday, still growing compared to the doubling of cases reported the previous day.
