Covid: epidemiological curve in decline in Sardinia, but the pressure on intensive is the highest in Italy

The epidemiological curve still points downwards in Sardinia where the incidence for Covid-19 is among the 10 lowest in Italy .
According to the indicators that accompany the weekly monitoring of the ISS, 530.9 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants are recorded on the island in the week between 29 July and 4 August .
The figure remains below the Italian average (533 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants) and is significantly lower than in the previous weeks : 983.7 from 15 to 21 July and 693.1 from 22 to 28 July.
However, the island continues to hold a negative record: for intensive care the value is 7.4% , the highest in the country where the average stops at 3.6%.
In the medical area , on the other hand, Sardinia is the second region with the lowest percentage after Piedmont, with 10.5% of employment.
