The number of new daily cases of Covid in Sardinia decreases, but the positivity rate increases, which from 1.5% reaches 1.9%. In the latest update no victims are reported, but the number of patients hospitalized in the medical area is growing, while that of patients assisted in intensive care remains stable.
Here is the full bulletin issued by the Region on Thursday 25 November 2021: “Today there are 164 further confirmed cases of COVID positivity, based on 2,495 people tested. A total of 8,810 tests were processed, including molecular and antigenic.
There are 13 patients admitted to intensive care units (same figure as yesterday).
There are 47 patients admitted to the medical area (4 more than yesterday).
There are 2,459 cases of home isolation (73 more than yesterday).
There are no deaths ".
Exactly one year ago, on 25 November 2020, the epidemic bulletin in Sardinia recorded 351 new cases and six victims. The patients in hospital were 515 and those in intensive care 76 ( ALL DATA ).
