Covid, a new leap in infections in Sardinia: another 1,714 cases and 5 deaths

There are 1,714 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 positivity in Sardinia. Processed in total, between molecular and antigenic, 9,074 swabs.

Unfortunately, there are also five other deaths from coronavirus : an 83-year-old woman and a 90-year-old man, residing in the province of Nuoro ; a 70-year-old woman and two 76- and 84-year-old men, residing in the province of Southern Sardinia .

There was a slight decrease (-2) in the patients admitted to the intensive care units , who are updated at an altitude of 10. The patients admitted to the medical area rise (+2) to 236.

Cases of home isolation amounted to 23,815 (-350).
